What happens if the weather is bad?
If weather conditions do not allow the cruise to operate, a full refund will be provided.

What should I bring?
A light jacket, comfortable footwear, and sun protection. We will provide the eclipse glasses.

Port of Sant Antoni, at the Cruceros Portmany ticket office.

Can I cancel my reservation?

1.- Cruceros Portmany, S.A. reserves the right to modify or cancel any service if weather conditions are adverse, or if restrictions are in place due to emergency situations, directives issued by maritime rescue authorities, social events such as demonstrations or strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control. In any of these cases, the amount paid will be refunded within the period established in these terms and conditions.

2.- Cancellations made within the last 48 hours prior to departure will result in the total loss of the amount paid. Any cancellation confirmed between 48 and 72 hours before the scheduled departure of the booked service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount paid. If the reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours before departure, the full amount paid will be refunded.

3.- Refunds: Refunds for full or partial cancellations will be processed within a maximum period of 10 calendar days.

4.- Refusal of boarding. Cruceros Portmany S.A. reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger who fails to arrive before the scheduled departure time indicated in the booking confirmation. In such cases, the amounts paid will be forfeited, and no refunds or compensation will be granted.
